We take pride in providing high-quality products and excellent customer service, both online and at our physical store located at 1179 Main Street, Granville, WV 26534. Returns Eligibility:
- We accept returns for items that are unused, unopened, and in their original packaging within 30 days of the purchase date.
- To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, and you must have the original receipt or proof of purchase.
Non-Returnable Items:
- Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers, or magazines cannot be returned.
- Gift cards, downloadable software products, and personal care items are also non-returnable.
Return Approval for Online Orders:
- Approval requests for online orders must be obtained by email before returning the product. Please contact us at hello@thefarmwv.com to request approval.
Refunds:
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If your return is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 7-10 business days.
Damaged or Defective Items:
- If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately. We will work with you to arrange a return, replacement, or refund.
Return Shipping:
- You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. However, if the item arrived damaged due to insufficient packaging or a similar issue, please contact us immediately for further instructions. Shipping costs in such cases may be refunded or covered by us. Please contact us at hello@thefarmwv.com to report the issue and request return instructions. Please take photos of the damage to include in your request email.
Exchanges:
- We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, visit the store or send us an email at hello@thefarmwv.com.
